automatically in The Kings Club.
You can also join the club by signing up via the ‘Join The Club’ form on our website.

Always know where you stand. Your client profile in Fresha App is synced with our booking sytem so rewards update in real time.

Rewards grow with every visit to all Kings Domain Barber Shop locations. To be redeemed, book your rewards service at the time of booking and the reward will be applied on arrival to your Kings Domain Barber Shop. 

The Rewards Tiers.

The Kings Club has five tiers of recognition – White, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum,
with rewards varying between each tier. Watch your rewards grow with every
service. Each tier not only rewards your loyalty but also grants you access to an
array of exclusive benefits designed to enhance your overall well-being and style.

Yearly points: $0 – $499
A seamless introduction to our rewards, perfect for those who value simplicity
and efficiency. Enjoy a birthday gift to keep you looking sharp and feeling great.

Yearly points: $500 – $1,499
A step up in your loyalty journey, offering greater rewards and personalised
touches that recognize your commitment. Experience the comfort of premium
services tailored just for you, with a birthday gift to keep you looking sharp and
a wash and scalp massage

Yearly points: $1,500 – $2,499
Your commitment is recognized with personalised touches that enhance your
experience. Enjoy the journey and the rewards that come with it, knowing you
are an integral part of our community. Embrace a birthday gift to keep you
looking sharp and feeling great and a yearly Fade or Beard Trim.

Yearly points: $2,500 – $4,999
Here, you’ll enjoy an exclusive array of luxurious benefits that reflect your
commitment to excellence. Enjoy this status and continue to elevate your

Complete your details and download your rewards card into your digital wallet. We will add your spend to your profile – no scanning, tapping or downloading required. Your card will automatically update when you move through the tiers.

Got Kings Club Questions?

Your yearly spend is calculated on the total amount of purchases made over your 12-month period. Purchases include all services and products. Every time you pay for a service or product, it is recorded on your Timely booking profile. Your Kings Club Rewards spend is added to your rewards within 24 hours.

You will maintain your tier until your signup anniversary. If, during that 12 months, your spend has increased to the next tier we will move you to the next level.

For example, if you join on October 23 2024, are a Bronze member and spend more than $1,499 within the following 12 month period, we will move you to Silver within 24 hours. However if you spend less than $500 in the following 12 month period you will become a White member.

Your rewards automatically update after every service. When you move tiers you will
receive an email with your reward and an in-app notification.

Your reward needs to be redeemed within your 12 month membership period.
This can change from time to time, so we recommend checking the Terms and
Conditions for each reward when you receive it

Two weeks before your birthday we will send your voucher via email and an in-app
notification. 

If it is not in your inbox, we recommend checking your junk or spam
folders.
Remember, to receive your birthday gift we need to know when your birthday is. If you
weren’t given the opportunity to add in your birthday when first joining the Kings
Club, please add your birthday to your profile.

All rewards can be redeemed at any Kings Domain Barber Shop. When your
reward is available we will send you an email and an in-app notification that
holds a link to your reward, when you are ready to make your booking you can
add your rewards service to this booking and it will be redeemed in store. 

 If you haven’t booked your rewards service online, you can add it to your service
when you arrive in the shop.

We will try our best to make sure we ask if you have any rewards to redeem when
you arrive for your service, but please feel free to politely remind us

If you are a White, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum member you will receive your birthday reward via email three days before your birthday, to keep you looking sharp in time for your celebrations. 

If you are a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum member you will receive your complimentary service reward on your Kings Club anniversary date via email.

Yes. We know how loyal you have been. We load up your rewards profile
according to the points earned since joining the Kings Club.
Your yearly spend will be calculated using the purchased history of the email
address used to make your bookings via our website, so long as it matches the
email used to join the Kings Club.
If you were not a Kings Club member before we upgraded our booking system, we
have loaded up your rewards points to reflect your points earned in the previous
12 months.

Duplicate Booking Profiles You may have duplicate profiles on our booking system. To solve this – next time you are at your Kings Domain Barber Shop as the team to search your name, phone number and email address to confirm if this is true. From there they will join you, they will merge the duplicates and sign you up to the Kings Club. Missing Email Address or Phone Number Your booking profile might be missing your email address or phone number. We try our best to make sure this never occurs, making sure we ask for these details when you book over the phone or come in for a last chance service. Contrary Email Addresses To make sure we are loading up your profile with accurate yearly points, your details need to match. So we can ensure that the email you use to make your booking is the same as the one that matches the one used to join the Kings Club

Your rewards card changes colour because it reflects your rewards tier. As you journey through the Kings Club, as does your rewards card. 

For example, if you are a Bronze member and spend more than $1,499 in your 12-month period and become a Silver member, in near real time your card will be updated to match.
